« We were surprised on arrival to be given an apartment as we had only booked a double room. As we were there for a few nights it was good to have the extra space and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We understand that this is a new venture and there were one or two things that hadn't quite been finished off but overall it was a good stay. We ate in the pub on one night and the food was excellent. Maybe one or two more options for gluten free....

« Lovely place, in a beautiful village. The family room in the barn is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children (there is also a sofa bed in the parents bedroom). It is located just a quick walk from the main building, although along the road which can be a bit noisy sometimes. Amazing breakfast served in the restaurant, one of the best we ever had in the UK! And very good food overall at the restaurant. »

« It was an old building , with character. I was on 2nd floor, quite a way to carry my suitcase, lovely room with nice outlook but the floor was uneven and windows difficult to open due to the age of the building. »
