« Very clean and well equipped. Short distance to seafront and bus stop 100m away for buses to Cromer & Sheringham. We had a very minor issue and the owner was brilliant, sorting it straight away and checking back. Ideal for a couple of a family. »

« The stables was the perfect base to explore North Norfolk. Very cosy and comfortable with everything you need.We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.It was very quiet whilst we were there with was heaven! »

« The house is very nicely furnished with all facilities in excellent condition, the games room is a big plus and my son loved the pool table and table tennis.Walk to the beach in around 10 minutes and there are 2 pubs with restaurants within a couple of hundred yards of the house.In short we had a wonderful Easter weekend stay. »

« We had a lovely stay over the Christmas holiday, the only problem I had was that the bathroom was a bit in the small size, you have to straddle the toilet to close the door, apart from that it was nice, nice quiet location »

« Rose Cottage in North Norfolk is a lovely dog-friendly place to stay. The property is old and full of character; comfortable and homely; quiet and safe for the dogs to roam off the lead. The location is only a few miles from the nearest town, supermarkets and other services. It is well placed for visiting coastal ports such as Wells and Cley-Next-The-Sea and Blakeney. Also country houses and estates such as Sandringham and Holkham. In the next village is the remarkable Holy shrine at Walsingham...

« A lovely converted workshop in to 4 double bedrooms holiday let.Great location, plenty of parking with well kept grounds.My family and I plus our two dogs had a fabulous time and would definitely return. »

« An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back. »

« Not just comfortable but very stylish with great outlooks. Only 20 minutes drive to great beaches and a great pub( the three horse shoes ) just around the cornet with excellent food. »
