« The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops. »

« Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6. »

« Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast! »

There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy.
