I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. « The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops. »

The breakfast was also good but the only downside was the slow service, only one person on in the kitchen for at least 10 rooms wasn’t enough. Also odd breakfast hours of 9-10.45 didn’t help.
