I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. « Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. « This stay was perfect the pub and accommodation offered a warm old fashioned authentic overnight stay for 4 of us in a family room. The staff were kind and friendly and made you feel like an important guest. The home made food was delicious and service was prompt and professional and choice and ingredients very good and traditional. « L'hotel est tres bien situé, proche de la plage. La plage est tres belle, beaucoup de familles anglaises s'y installent pour la journee, cabanes typiques et possibilite de se promener a pied. L'hotel est dans un cottage tres bien rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de gout et de charme. Pas d'ascenceur pour les valises.
