« its a small cottage but with everything one needs, and a lovely small outside table and chairs - ideal when the weather is good. Stiffkey is a nice village with an excellent shop and is close to the Norfolk coast path and the bus stop for the excellent Coast Hopper bus service »

« Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

« We had a lovely stay, couldn’t ask for anything more. The stables are just as described - made for a lovely break. Quick response from Maxine when we needed to contact her. Would definitely stay here again. ( bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch). »

« This cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. Owners are great and on standby if you need anything. I was there for work and had to sleep in the day. Black out blinds very helpful and rooms comfortable and cosy. I also managed to explore some of the area and is a lovely place to go to on holiday. It is dog friendly, so hope to go back with my dog one day. Extra cupboard for storage if you need by front door/ Shared utility area with next door cottage. Sheep even came up to...

« Very comfortable cottage close to many beautiful places. Excellent pub 3 doors away and friendly neighbours. Had an issue with the dishwasher not working, within minutes of reporting it someone was there trying to fix it. The only minor gripes being the lack of a Nespresso type machine (there is a cafetière however) and the skirting boards were very dusty throughout the house. Would most definitely stay again though. »

« An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back. »

« Really enjoyed staying at the property. Ideal for a couple, very comfortable and a great location for exploring Wells and the surrounding areas. The off street parking is a bonus. »
