« We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ryokan. Our room (toki) was beautiful with every creature comfort we could ask for. It is minutes away from the main bus stop and has plenty of food options. The Happo one slopes are not too far away, but would recommend having a car to get around if you want to try other slopes »

« Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :) »

« Very nicely decorated hotel. Timeless Japanese style but freshly decorated. Very modern feeling. Staff is very kind and provide excellent level of attention without being intrusive. Onsen is a little bit small but very good. Very good service provided by the owner all along our stay. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food offered. Staff speaks good English and was kind to call before our arrival to verify check in time and if anything was needed. Hakuba area is lovely and...
