« Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. « The staff and management team is very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Staff Anna whose service is commendable. She went all the way out to help me. I was down with flu and she drove me to the clinic, helped me talk to the nurse in Japanese and ensured everything went well. After my medical consultation, she drove from hotel to the clinic to fetch me back. I really appreciate her helpfulness and hospitality »

« The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. »
