« The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. »

« 大満足です！家族6人数で利用しました。コスパ最高です。管理人の方は、ご年配の男性。とても親切でした。 　ただ、ホテルの評価は分かれるとおもいます。施設は、とても古いです。うちのちびっ子たちは、お化けホテルだ！とはしゃいでました笑。畳に穴があったり、窓のカギがこわれてたり。それも含めて、楽しめる方に、おすすめですね。 ちなみに、暖房はかなり効いてます。暖かったです！来年も利用します！！ »

« I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle. »

« Very nicely decorated hotel. Timeless Japanese style but freshly decorated. Very modern feeling. Staff is very kind and provide excellent level of attention without being intrusive. Onsen is a little bit small but very good. Very good service provided by the owner all along our stay. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food offered.
