« This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! »

« Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot . »

« Friendly, warm and homely. In the middle of the action with all the ski shuttles and ski hire etc almost at the front door. Also a lovely hot spar bath after a day on the slopes. Owner friendly and helpful. »

« We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Japan for our honeymoon. Chika was excellent at communicating before we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. Great location in Echoland, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of shuttle stops for ski resorts within 5 mins or less walk. Discount on rentals and lift tickets was great. We stayed in the adjacent log building which was beautiful and had a great kitchen and shared living area with a fire. Room itself was lovely, really cosy and warm...

« This is a well designed and meticulously maintained property. We were there for an epic multi-day snowstorm. The roads to and from the property were well plowed each morning and the spacious driveway plowed every day. While we had a rental van, it is close to a shuttle stop and several restaurants can be walked to in about 5 minutes. »

« I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle. »
