« 객실에 전자레인지, 인덕션, 냉장고, 정수기, 온수 포트, 비데, 세탁기, 에어컨, 공기청정기 등 생활 가전제품이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 가전제품이 파라소니 제품인데 사용법을 몰라서 사용방법 알아내는데 힘들었습니다. 외국인을 위해서 사용방법을 비치해놓으면 좋겠습니다. 현관 도어락이 잘 안눌러져서 처음 도착했을때 들어가질 못해서 멘탈이 터졌는데, 호텔 관계자와 연락도 되지 않아 불편함이 있었습니다. 주방 쪽 바닥 보일러만 켜면 차단기가 내려가는데, 호텔 측에서 사전에 알려주지 않아서 히터가 문제인줄 알고 추운 겨울에 히터를 최소한으로 켜고 춥게 지냈습니다. 둘째날 부터는 보일러가 문제라는 걸 알게 되어 히터 빵빵하게 틀고 잘 지냈습니다. 객실에 온천탕은 있는다는 사실은 모르고 갔는데, 온천수가 나오는 개인 탕이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 주차장 높이가 2700mm라서 SUV, 승합차는 들어갈수 없습니다. 모르고 가족여행이다 보니 승합차를 가지고 갔는데 집에 주차를 못해서 길가에...

« The check in process was complicated compaired to all the other accomodations we have stayed.there ead no welcome pack, dirty and worn out kitchen sponge, the photis on the internet are misleading, they advertise that there is a wash room upstairs but it was 2 tiny basins with cold water only. The onsen indoors was dirty so we had to scrub it clean to then use it, there was 1 mirror so the six of us were fighting for it in the morning. No umbrellas and it rained the time we were there. « 部屋がたくさんあり、広さもありました。ベットが結構グラグラで寝心地は微妙。お風呂の鍵が脱衣所側にあり、子供が間違えて鍵を閉めてしまい私だけ風呂の中に閉じ込められ気づくまでの何十分を不安で過ごしました。特に風呂の扉の鍵は早めに改善してほしいです。 »

« 露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。 »

« self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. »
