The building is empty, has insecure front doors; there is debris scattered all over the back of the property; there is no lighting around the entrance or car park. Unsafe. 10. Stunning 1 Bed Harbour-side Apartment with Balcony

Whitehaven

« Not clear if stunning was meant to apply to the property or the view, or both.Either way it appears a bit of an exaggeration. The location was good and the view was pleasant enough. The facilties were adequate and clean though the communal area looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in a while. We were unable to access the advertised balcony (also a bit of an exaggeration - a french window with a safety fence) as a carpet had been placed in front of the doors, making it impossible to open them....

Peter

« My Dad was unable to access the apartment due to the complicated process, he is a pensioner and not tech' savy and after travelling over 4 hours to Whitehaven he was very disappointed to discover that their was no host to greet him and when he managed to make contact with someone on a phone was told his details where incomplete and needed photo ID which he didn't have with him, he ended up having to find alternative accomodation. He is very upset and disappointed. »
