« Excellent location for family get-together & birthday party. The host (Fiona) was extremely helpful & pub staff provided really great service & friendly too. Pub Food was excellent 100% accurate for such a large party. The accommodation is a little quirky, but exactly as expected given it’s within a 16th century property. Great that they also have a (convenience) shop on site given that the local store is now permanently closed. »

« There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....

« Description of parking was inaccurate perhaps owner could create personal parking space like other residents. We had to remove dead spiders that we thought were alive from a couple of a places bathroom not ideal a shower cubicle would have been more useful as water kept going on floor with handheld shower head. A sweeping brush or Vacumn would have been useful to help clean up dog hairs before departure And finally not very clean in kitchen oven area the oven needs professionally cleaned to...
