« We have become creatures of habit, staying at Fairbank for the third year in a row. It has everything we need in terms of being a delightful cottage with all the facilities we need, nicely furnished (plenty of wardrobe space) decorated and excellent heating and hot water which is a must in February. Its located directly opposite Fitz Park and the river so it has a beautiful view from the kitchen and master bedroom. For us its brilliant for taking the dogs out especially for a quick walk first...

« The place is in need of a makeover it’s in a great location in the centre of town although the lack of WiFi will defiantly prevent me from booking again! The back yard has a lot of moss making it very dangerous especially in the wet weather a bit of jeyes fluid and a hard yard brush would sort this out! »

« A very cosy & comfortable premises in a quiet street. The central location was perfect & we were only minutes away from the centre of Keswick. There was also ample free parking on the street & no permit required. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a future visit. »

« Larger rooms and property than expected with a huge kitchen , central heating and every thing you would need to self cater. Quiet location with gated parking. Greatest views of Ireby and Uldale fells, and 100mtrs walk to the breattaking views of the Solway. Do not have any hesitation of this great propery but be aware you are close to all tourist locations but is a great getaway for walks, etc. One slifht issue, not reLly worth mentioning is that the grass needed cutting and the cumbrian...
