My only criticism is that the drive leading to the property from Otley Road needs a contractor brought in to resurface - potholes are not good for welcoming guests quite apart from the potential damage to cars. Did say to reception who noted. »

The staff are polite, accommodating and attentive and the light bites on the food menu were lovely and filling. We were there for another presentation weekend which made the 5 hour drive worth it! « Very positive experience overall. The hotel is 5mn walk to the centre, the room was very clean and comfortable, people at the reception were very helpful and welcoming. I had diner in the room and the food was good for a hotel. It was quiet. Tea-making facilities available. It was the end of September and it was cold, I called the reception and got an electric heater immediately. The only negative points I could think about are that the wifi is not always working very fast and that the shower...
