« What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back! »

We arrive late at night but I had already got the details we needed by text message. Had a dog who settled very well for her 1st night away from home. Ne chercher pas les soirées branchées et les paillettes à proximité, mais plutôt les northern UK authentiques. « I was there for just one night so didn’t check out dining areas etc. The bed was large and comfortable. Internet access good. Only slight problem was an issue with a tap, which told them about on checking out; it didn’t spoil my stay. Would definitely stay again. »

I showed them an email from hotels.com showing the booking was confirmed and paid in full. After 20 minutes and a lot of determination from my husband, they gave us a room booked to someone else whose card was not accepted! I hope those people didn't turn up looking for a room. »
