« We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. »

« We paid 75$US for a magnificent room with an amazing view. We were extremely satisfied with the quality. However, we were a bit annoyed with the concierge who insisted for us to assist the timeshare conference. Theey do try to push little extras down tour throat but some of them are interesting, such as paying 5$ for renting a gym kit that fits you. The hotel is well located and it’s a lot better than the « todo incluido » »
