« We loved the Marcela Resort. It was a 2-bedroom / 2-bath unit, and very large - at least by US standards. From the wrap-around deck, it had an amazing view of the pool, down the mountain, and out to the ocean. It had a full kitchen, separate jacuzzi, and in-unit laundry. The price was still very reasonable. The whole property was well-kept and nicely decorated. « Came here with a group of 9 friends. The suites and the view from the suites were absolutely incredible - much better than the pictures seem. The resort is very beautiful and they have an on-site restaurant with a great menu. Staff were all very friendly and responsive to any requests. The one thing guests should be prepared for is to climb a lot of stairs (they have an elevator, but in most instances, you have to climb steps to access it and it didn’t always work). Probably wouldn’t recommend...
