« The resort (older, sprawling, low rise, on beach) was what we were hoping for. Our Villata suite was amazing, eating area, kitchen huge opening patio doors, very clean. Access to beach and pools was excellent. Proximity to shopping, old city very appreciated. Staff was pleasant. Issues I have are with poor quality of door locks on main door and on all patio doors. Remember to use the in-suite safe. My wife's purse was stolen from the room (she had left it on the bed), there are different...

« The quality of the tennis courts was poor. We had to go and play at el Tigre. Our group of 4 had to pay the daily fee to access the el Tigre site which was prohibitive The rest of the stay was very pleasant »

« Nous avons passé 28 jours à Villa del Mar en janvier 2019. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons trouvé le personnel courtois et sympathique. Les activités de stretching, de danse, d’aquaforme nous ont plu. Le paysagement est très bien entretenu, Estrella, la femme de chambre a été efficace et très souriante, la cuisinette est bien garnie....en fait que du positif à part le Wi-Fi qui est cher et n’est pas accessible sans frais dans les appartements....nous y retournerons »

« We paid 75$US for a magnificent room with an amazing view. We were extremely satisfied with the quality. However, we were a bit annoyed with the concierge who insisted for us to assist the timeshare conference. Theey do try to push little extras down tour throat but some of them are interesting, such as paying 5$ for renting a gym kit that fits you. The hotel is well located and it’s a lot better than the « todo incluido » »
