« We found a bedbug in my bed, after it bit my fiancee, reported it to management, and they tried to make it seems like i was lying after showing them evidence of the bite on my fiancee and the actual bug itself caught on video..I will never rent a room again there. I will definitely not encourage anyone to go there. »

« Darling little place! People couldn’t have been friendlier. Food at restaurant and drinks at bar both great. Rustic feel which I love, but there was a birds nest with droppings on our patio which I could have lived without. Overall a lovely stay! »

« The room was very nice, looked brand new. The pillows on the bed were bad though. The breakfast buffet was over priced and was equivalent to a free breakfast at a cheap hotel. Not a lot of variety for $25 per person and also the tip was automatically included. Both my wife and I got sick after eating the eggs. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet. « Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »

« Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing…...

C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. « Only problem I had was when I requested pillows and covers for sofa bed. One of the staff said she doesn't have time now to look for it and she'll do it later. It was 11 at night and my kids can't wait till later. She never came back so I slept with no pillows since I gave mine to my kids. »

« There is one outdoor for the entire resort- it was way overcrowded and hard to get service- we asked for 2 hours from 2 different servers- who would just keep walking past and avoiding eye contact. We choose here to enjoy the amenities, pool side experience while some Of the family golfed. We definitely had higher expectations.
