« we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel, top of fridge was dirty with rubber band, a bar of butter and dirt on it. will not be coming back »

« We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. « Had an excellent stay. Family of 3 had plenty of room and our own beds. Had great location and parking. Host checked in to make sure everything was going good with the stay or to address any issues. It was nice to have a kitchenette with dishes and breakfast included. »
