« My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. »

« We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no...

« Stayed here with my best friend to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed the room so much and were so relaxed that we canceled going out to stay in. The beds were comfy, the room was nice, and it was easy to check in/out. »
