« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »

« The host was prompt, pleasant, and addressed my immediate question right away! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I just have 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. There were no medium or large size frying pans, only 2 small. That was an inconvenience when making a meal for 2. Maybe I overlooked the larger pan, but I did search all cabinets. The other issue was that there was a snowstorm on day 2 of our stay that ended early morning around 4am. By 9am the walkway and stairs were not...

« Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I »
