« The host was prompt, pleasant, and addressed my immediate question right away! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I just have 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. There were no medium or large size frying pans, only 2 small. That was an inconvenience when making a meal for 2. Maybe I overlooked the larger pan, but I did search all cabinets. « Kevin is the worst human to exist. This hotel gave us an infestation in our house and Kevin tried to steal my laptop/belongings. I'll post the full story on a different review site as I have limited characters, which will not be enough to recount the horrors of what we endured there. »

« Nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but clean and decor and amenities have been updated. I do plan on staying there again. »

« This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. »
