« We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. »

Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. « We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it.
