« I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. »

« The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it . »

« We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. »
