« The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe. »
