Comté de Fort Bend : recherchez des hôtels

« Since I was in Houston for business meeting and asked the receptionist to extend my check out until 2 pm but she said. I was shocked to learn that. I will not try to come to this hotel again. »

« The property was OK nothing special. I had to knock on the office door to get staff out to check me in. There were several dogs there and during our stay a couple of instances upstairs and in the lobby where dogs were barking probably at each other. I have dogs and like animals, owners need to control their pets. The desk chair in the room was pretty worthless and needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. »

« Great hotel »

« Overall a great stay. Room was a bit dirty upon checking in (stained chair and bedding). Staff was friendly. Hallways and elevator were hot. Room AC worked well. Breakfast 5/10. »

« Good hotel and service »

« My first stay here and it was perfect. Juan got me checked in and got me signed up for the IHG rewards. He was very kind and welcoming.y room was clean and very nice. »

« WiFi First night work at all. Next day,we were given a telephone number by front desk to call. After making several calls and long hold we were just able to connect some devices only »

« Very clean and modern rooms. Easy in and out to the interstate Free Breakfast put it over the top »

« Was very clean and quiet. »
