Designer House

I recently had surgery and needed a long term rental for my recovery. This place was perfect for our needs. It was close to the hospital, in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible to downtown Dallas.. It has great outdoor space and I recommend it highly. Thank you!

Nice house is good neighborhood

Recently updated home in quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everything we had plannend for weekend. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice.

Great value

Having a washer dryer was so nice. Being able to cook was great. The property was not crowded with junkie furniture. It felt very nice to walk in to a very presentable atmosphere. We were very happy.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and nicely remodeled home. It was well equipped with comfortable beds and nice furniture. The large fans were appreciated for white noise especially in the morning when the rooster crowed next door.

Cute house

Booked this property for a little girls weekend getaway to celebrate daughter's 13th bday. We had a party of 5 people staying here, 3 adults and 2 kids(including bday girl). The house itself is a cute little house. It was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. All of the beds were very comfy, as well as couch and we loved the bathrooms! We did have few things about the house that we were a little dissatisfied with, however. 1.The backyard has no fence, so anyone off the street can access it and the backdoor is halfway made up of glass with no blinds so you can see completely into the house. As a party of all females that can be a little uncomfortable. 2. The neighborhood itself is a little run down, this house was, by far, the best looking house on the block. Someone in one of the nearby houses had a rooster, luckily it was stormy while we we here so I think that kept it from waking us up too early. I know that doesn't speak about the house itself but just want to make mention. 3.The trash looked like it hadn't been taken out in quite some time which was causing some fly issues and almost every time we came in the front door so did a couple of flies, and with no fly swatter in sight we had to resort to using some bath towels to get rid of them. 4. The kitchen was a little lacking, there were no hand towels for drying dishes or hands. There also wasn't any baking sheets that we could locate. All in all, it wasn't a bad little place but I wanted to leave an honest review.

Too Clean, very, very minimalistic.

Harsh cleaner used causing foot and leg rash. House only seats 3 people for meals, had to eat in shifts. Narrow driveway. Non-landscaped backyard with no grill. Neighborhood 50's box style. No nice restaurants close.

Invited Celebrity Tournament

Had a wonderful time here. House was very clean and up to date. Even had snacks waiting for us. Don’t know how they knew that my favorite snack was Cheetos, but had 2 packs waiting for me. Beds were very comfy and sofa was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem in Oak Cliff

Great location, super friendly neighbors, safe area, easy access to both Bishop Arts and downtown, close to amazing authentic food and unique boutique cafes and coffee shops. House was clean and well-kept, simple but well-stocked. Host was accommodating and responsive. We’ll return to this area and maybe even this listing in the future.

Great House!

Was a great place to stay! Just as described. Great communication from the property manager too. Easy access to Dallas Market Center and a great little coffee shop just a few blocks from the house. They even left us drinks and snacks! Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice little place in convenient old neighborhood that's being revitalized

My wife, son and his girlfriend had a nice weekend visiting Dallas. The location was convenient. The neighborhood seemed to be sort of in the beginning stages of revitalization. Close to the Bishop Arts District which was very enjoyable and fun, and also pretty close to downtown.

Perfect stay!

This house was beautiful inside and out! Looks better than in pictures! We took good use of the kitchen and the cooking supplies. The host was kind enough to leave us snacks and a few drinks in the fridge, he was very kind! The host was very pleasant and made the check in and check out process very easy. He even allowed us to stay an hour past check out which was very convenient! Thank you so much, will love to return!

Nicely updated, quiet neighborhood

We had a few minor issues while there and the property manager was very responsive. Very pretty, clean home. Could use a few more dishes in the kitchen, it's pretty sparse right now but I can tell it's a newer short term rental. Actually appreciated not having a tv in every room, made bedtime easier. Easy off street parking, nicer neighborhood than the last time we stayed in Dallas! I would stay here again.
