« We have become creatures of habit, staying at Fairbank for the third year in a row. It has everything we need in terms of being a delightful cottage with all the facilities we need, nicely furnished (plenty of wardrobe space) decorated and excellent heating and hot water which is a must in February. Its located directly opposite Fitz Park and the river so it has a beautiful view from the kitchen and master bedroom. For us its brilliant for taking the dogs out especially for a quick walk first...

The walk back from the town centre will certainly get your heart racing (very steep) The bedrooms are large but the double beds are small and awfully creaky and springy.
