« We spent a long weekend at the cottage on our first trip to Lake Erie with an 8 year-old and 7 month-old in tow. This cottage was in a quiet location yet only a minute away from a great park and beach area with free parking. I loved the charm of the old cottage and spent a lot of time taking in the view of the lake from the screened in porch. It was clean and the host was great with communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. It provided for a relaxing trip for us. »

« I had the total pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside home for 4-days. My partner and I could not have picked a more beautiful location: the interior of the home is clean, extremely spacious, wonderfully comfortable couch, chairs, and a huge array of beds (king, queen and a few other queens/doubles for those with families). « We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

« We had a wonderful stay, the bedrooms each had a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, and closet. There are plenty of outlets throughout the house. A nice small deck, a long yard to a private parking slab. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. We had a fun time playing pickleball on the court across the street. Julie is a great host, responds quickly and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again. »

« The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very clean and organized. It also had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend trip. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest just because there was a lot of late night noise and commotion but other than that I would stay here again. »
