« The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay. »

« To be clear, we didn’t ski
 it is October. The leaves were beautiful. Italy was central to the hiking we enjoyed. Really loved the beautiful farms. Would recommend visiting on Saturday as some of the attractions were only open then at this time of the year. The property was simple and clean. We would recommend it to others and would stay there again if we were in the area. »

« From the minute we walked in we were relaxed for a Thanksgiving long weekend. The views are amazing. This was the coziest well stocked dog friendly house I’ve stayed in. Owner thinks of everything. I mean everything. We lit the flame less candles every night. Great dishes and cookware. Our 2 Boxer dogs had plenty of room to spread out. I could go on and on about how special this little place is. Communication was flawless, instructions for everything. Just an amazing stay »

« We (two couples) spent three nights here. The lake is beautiful and the stairs down to the lake are new and well-constructed. The house is really nice, with comfortable beds and pleasant bedrooms, an excellent common area leading to a pleasant porch. Backyard is a good space. Bathrooms and kitchens are well set up. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. »

« This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. « We had a great weekend. Property was clean and receptive. Instructions were perfect and communication with host was great. One of the mattresses could use updating. Also, there is no TV. This wasn't an issue for us, but it surprised me. We would stay there again if we need extra space in the area. »

« Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. »
