« My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!! »

« We enjoyed every minute very quiet and the house is totally updated and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would eat at Juicy Lucy's every day which is only a couple of blocks away. Biltmore 4 min down the road. »

« Lovely loft, great view, attention to all the extra details was great, high quality towels and linens, very clean, Debbie was so kind and thoughtful. Location was perfect for short drive to waterfall hikes to Linville falls (north) and Tom’s Creek falls (south). »

« The property is much better than in the photos. The appointments are very nice, right down to the framed photo in the bathroom. The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville. Jason, the owner is very good at communicating with you and tries to accommodate all your requests. The additional space serving as an office with a wonderful day bed was a pleasant surprise.
