« Our Host, John, was very responsive prior to our arrival and once we were on site. Check-in was simple & smooth. Our accomodations were Excellent. Very Clean (even my wife was impressed) And Very comfortable. Bath towels were Luxurious as was the Bed and many layers of blankets as it was a bit chilly during our stay. John was Great and our stay was really First Rate. I will stay here again & again when in Asheville. Thank You John for such a positive experience. »

« Very well appointed and comfortable rental. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, enough space for six adults to sit comfortably and enough space for all. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. Great location and close to shops and restaurants. The only downside is the bedroom on the end of unit gets a lot of noise at night from a nearby bar. But that is to be expected in a downtown location. »

« Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was very conveniently located and nicely decorated. However, the reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is that the heat was very uneven. The living area was too cold and the bedrooms were too warm. Because of the way the ductwork was run across the ceiling, we could do nothing to control it. We had to wrap up in blankets to sit in the living room comfortably and then we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open because the bedrooms were too hot....
