When we arrived, the yard was overgrown and had garbage around the perimeter - a broken screen and chairs tossed in the overgrown fire pit. The listing states, “let me know if you want to use the fire pit and we will leave wood for you” - I didn’t mention wanting to use the pit because I was unsure of how warm the evenings would be and didn’t want him to go out of his way...
