« Very well kept property. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s within four miles of anything you need to grab or go and eat. It’s within a mile of the K-State Campus. I highly recommend checking this little place out if you’re going to be staying in Manhattan. »

« We had a WONDERFUL stay with the exception of the water being froze up when we returned to the house at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. It was a very cold weekend. We were unable to take showers Saturday night/Sunday morning and unable to flush the toilet. Also, the water cooler could maybe use a little upgrade. Other than this, it’s a cozy and comfortable place to stay and decorated so nicely. »
