« The interior of the room itself was clean and the family that runs the hotel was very nice and helpful however the walls are paper thin could hear the man next door on the phone all night, the hallways reeked like smoke and marijuana even tho our room was non smoking, there was no elevator and I had a bad knee and only room available was 2nd floor. High stairs was an issue but we made it after 3 nights. Just be aware of those issues. »

« Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Ark Encounter. Breakfast is always a nice bonus. Thank you »

« I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility. »
