Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

« I am so glad that I found this place. I was on my long drive and needed a place to rest for the night. The guy running the place is very nice and professional. The room is very clean, and the place is quiet. I am very satisfied with my stay. »

« Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...
