« Beautiful old hotel in downtown Americus. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The restored hotel is lovely insid and makes one appreciate the history of this place. The rooms have high ceilings, comfy beds and beautifully updated bathrooms. Staff at Floyd’s were great as was the food. Would definitely return. »

« Room was in Excellent condition and very clean. Plenty of parking and staff was very friendly. I was disappointed the pool was shut down because someone threw up in it but that was out of their control until tested. The breakfast was small and light with Eggs and sausage, cereal, muffins and yogurt but it was good. »

« The room was great. Loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was small but good with yogurt and berries and chocolate granola. The Keurig type coffee selection was superb. Only downside was there are no restaurants in the area. You do have to drive to the nearest town for dinner about 20 minutes. »

« Pictures don’t do it justice, what a cute comfortable farmhouse it is. Well decorated comfortable, seating and bedding. Frankly, if they put it up for sale, I’d probably snatch it up. Well stocked coffee and even snacks were provided. I got to watch three female turkeys to a stroll through the yard while I had my morning coffee. Highly recommend. »
