« The owner was very speedy with communication pre stay and answered all my questions. The accommodations were more than expected , very comfortable with everything you can possibly need. Close to good restaurants. The immediate neighborhood is littered and there are many questionable people walking around at night. It is very sad. The rental property is delightful and outshines the riff raft.I hope to utilize this rental again for my next stay. It felt like home away from home. »

« We loved the charm of this home -- lots of vintage character mixed with some newer construction. Awesome wrap around porch and the hot tub was clutch! I really appreciate that the pet fee was built in to the advertised rate. Weather was fabulous.Very good location, although no direct route to beach. Drivers really fly on the road (Kiwanda/Heceta Beach Rd to 1st Ave) and do not typically slow for pedestrians. No sidewalks and the shoulder is largely nonexistent. Only wish would be for a little...

« Beautiful location. Impressive house. WIFI does not reach every room in the house. Stuffy when hot, rusty windows difficult to open, HVAC did not cool house down. Rugs laid over floors were curled and a tripping hazard. Sunken living room and raised platform bed in master bdrm tripping hazards. We had a great time because the gathering was fun. »

« We loved our stay here! The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was a dream. We ended up eating most meals at home since the kitchen was so well appointed and the house was such a nice environment. « Our stay here was great! The house is really nicely done from its fully equipped kitchen to the rooms that have really comfy mattresses (and a Toto toilet in the master bathroom :-) Everything has been thought out. There’s AC and heat in the house and outside, there are fans for when it’s hot and heaters for when it’s cold. And it’s so peaceful with the pine trees, birds, and wind chimes adding to the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend staying here! »

« Bungalow was at the end of the short road, with a wooded area that made it very private, but the view from the house, deck, and the fire pit was the ocean and the local hotel’s roof. We could hear the waves all of the time. And it was a short walk to the beach. Really great! »
