« I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication. »

« Our stay had both positives and significant challenges. The home itself is attractive with beautiful views and in a good location, but unfortunately our first night was extremely uncomfortable because the AC was not working during a period of excessive heat. Sleeping without AC made the home difficult to enjoy. When we notified the host (Upon arrival) that the AC wasn't working, they were able to arrange for an HVAC technician to come the following day, but the earliest available appointment...

« The hosts thought of everything a guest would need from birthday candles to toothbrushes. The host immediately contacted me when a storm caused a temporary powers outage. We enjoyed walking to downtown Bellaire multiple times. We will rent and his home again. »
