Comté de Kalkaska : recherchez des hôtels

« Hôtel comme on espérait. Propre , spacieux, bel espace aquatique .

« No room service between days, only come in to stop the AC and doesn’t empty trash or change towels. »

« Great location great value for the money »

« The lady named Tanya was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond doing things for us. The worker the next day, I believe his name was Levi, cleaned our room while we were away. Definitely would stay again. »

« The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was immaculate. However the shower was never a consistent temperature as if all the rooms were hooked to the same water. If another room flushed their toilet the water would become scalding. You could hear conversations in the parking lot as if they were talking next to you in your room. I had a pleasant stay just not what I was expecting. »

« What a fantastic unique place to stay. »

« There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front »

« Beautiful place. Nice clean and spacious room. We are not a fan of the memory foam beds. Neighbors were noisy after 11 pm. »

« This condo is part of an old house and has VERY unlevel floors. Your roller bags will roll away. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan to keep it from getting steamy with showers. The contact people were very responsive when texted. The lake view and balcony was very nice. »
