« Hôtel comme on espérait. Propre , spacieux, bel espace aquatique . Jacuzzi trop petit par rapport au monde qu’il y a. Plusieurs offres de restaurants. Bémol pour les 3 menus enfants qui sont toujours les mêmes. Navette pour aller à la plage. Transats sur place. Supermarché à proximité. »

« J'avais tout payé à l'avance et quand je suis arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la 2eme nuit. J'ai dû appeler expedia qui a bien pris en charge le problème mais l'hôtel a été incapable de me donner un reçu comme quoi tout était bien payé. Chambre propre pas de petit dej »

« The location of the lodge was great. they were doing a lot of construction on the one wing. several of the outdoor amenities were not available to use. »

« It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels....

« Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price! »

« The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. The rooms are neat with the basic amenities, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and served on time. The variety is typical, but served nicely. The halls are quiet, but we could hear activity in the room above us. Thankfully, it did not last long, and we eventually managed to get some sleep. This is our fourth stay at this HIX, and...

« The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was great. That’s all we wanted. Parking was excellent. »

« Clean and neat. Very convenient and close to the highway. My only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny, and the shower was a little janky. The curtain rod was mounted too low and kind of loose, so the shower curtain was partly underfoot in the tub, and the rod stuck way out over the toilet. Other than that, everything was great. »

« This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again. »

« BON ACCUEIL. mais assez déçus. quelques petits problèmes. il semble que nous n'ayons pas eu de chance. pas d'eau froide au lavabo qui était bouché. robinetterie de la douche branlant. mauvaise insonorisation : on entendait les voisins mais la chambre avait la possibilité de communiquer avec celle d'à côté. fortes odeurs de cuisine épicée dans la salle de bain par la VMC. Matelas laissé dans le plastique d'origine, pas très agréable..... wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Contrairement à ce qui était...

« The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks. »
