« Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will...

« The hotel was very good. It leans more toward excellent than good with its Lake Huron views, amenities, and helpful staff. The water park was cool but some elements were closed or removed, big slides and lily pads. So not as fun for the older kids, but We made the best of it. The arcade did not have a working quarter dispenser so we could not play the games. That being said, the staff was AMAZING, especially Elisa. Very kind and helpful. They made all the difference in our stay! »

« Really nice hotel with a waterpark attached! The fridge didnt work worth a crap and we jad to throw out A LOT of food. Other than that, it was perfect and within walking distance. »

« This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored. »

« Didn't like that we had to check in to the hotel next door for the hotel we were staying at. PLUS, it's no longer called the Fairview. It has a different name which threw us off. »
