Comté de Jones : Motels

« The pictures look great, but they don't match the reality. The rooms are extremely simple, with a fridge and a TV -- and the remote control was dead, so I couldnt find a game to watch. The sofa was very uncomfortable plastic. The shower was adequate, but not great. Also, the AC took a very long time to cool the room down despite setting it on high fan and 68 degrees. It was still 72 when I woke up the next morning. All-in-all, I would not stay again. »

« The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there »

The upstairs was not ever locked so just anyone at anytime had access to the rooms upstairs, which as a women traveling by...

« I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

« Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...
