« This was our 2nd time staying in this property. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us, as we were in town for a funeral. The property has everything you need and if you happened to forget anything… it’s there. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to restaurants and shopping. I’m certain we will return when in the area again! »

« This property is overpriced. It’s not in the best part of Homewood. The hallway going into the apartment and the apartment itself has an odd odor. My suitcase still smells like the place. The WiFi went in and out constantly making it difficult to watch television stations or movies on a streaming service. The host locked the Nest controller for the HVAC at 75degrees on cool! « This was the cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in. The water and coffee was a welcome treat too! Perfect Birmingham location and in one of the safest areas of the metro. There was some noise above us but communication with the host was receptive and helpful. »

« Getting around back to the parking was a bit confusing at first but worked out just fine. Had a problem with the door lock on one of the rooms and had to text back and forth when a quick phone call would have been easier. overall though, the units were as described, very clean and worked well for our group of 8 guys. »
