« The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. »

« Check in staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. TV did not have Netflix or other apps available, just YouTube. Power randomly shut off several times during the night making the room warm and muggy when the AC shut off. Eventually came back on. Breakfast was ok, typical options for a hotel provided breakfast. Fragrance sprayers were in lobby and caused headache from overuse. »

« Le happy hour au bar nous a plu. Déplu: pas de fauteuil dans la chambre, pas de porte serviettes adéquats pour les faire sécher, pas de micro-onde. »

« Elevators were down, room was absolutely disgusting, roof top bar had to close early, got moved to another room and it was just as filthy! Not the way we wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary night!!!!!!!! Blood and pubic hair all in our shower! Carpet had not been vacuumed! »

« C'est un hébergement presentant un excellent rapport qualité prix. La cuisine a été bien appréciée dans la chambre. Le personnel était tres sympathique. La pompe de la piscine s'est arrêtée pendant notre sejour et n'a pas été réparée. Nous n'avons donc pu bénéficier de la piscine. De plus, les Bar-b-cues extérieurs étaient non utilisables car trop sales et non performants. »

« Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. »
