« We loved our family stay at this beautiful cottage on Lake Oconee for our sons’s college graduation. It is so comfortable and peaceful with the perfect screened in porch. The lake is gorgeous and our boys enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and caught some nice bass off of the dock. Beautiful interiors and everything you need. We plan to come back! »

« The home was very spacious and accommodating. We enjoyed spending time outside by the lake as well as the patio area. We loved the decorations and the focus being Family!!! A time to gather and focus on spending time with one another. To get to the local Walmart was less than 15 minutes if you needed any supplies. We would definitely stay at this home again!!! « Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering. « Photos do not represent the property. Property is older and in worse condition than photos show. There was no pool table or game room in the house although photos showed such. Dock and decks were in poor condition. We had rented the house for a fishing trip and it was extremely difficult to back boats into the driveway due to location. »

The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. The yard was beautiful, and the dock was absolutely perfect for our boat. « The host was great. We did not complain to them about the issues. There were bugs at the property. The house doesn’t not have a grill. We had to buy one. The dishes didn’t look clean enough. The living room furniture is not comfortable nor inviting. I recommend better couches. And maybe two for this size house. The freezer door can’t be opened without opening the pantry door. »
