« It had snowed a couple of days prior to our arrival. The wooden walkway to the cottage had not been cleaned off. I kicked off most of the snow but it was still not safe for walking on (no rails). The only alternative was a deep muddy step.Fireplace was not working. It took two messages to the owner to get a response and all I was offered was an attempt to see if anyone was in the area to fix it. I never heard from owner again.The home has seen better days. Couch in living room area was saggy....

« A quick stop over on the bourbon trail during a cross country road trip with my service dog. This place could not have been better! Impeccably clean, great communication from hosts, everything you can think of is readily available - and beds so comfortable. I will be back (with others - did not realize there were essentially three master suites as all rooms are HUGE and very well equipped). Backyard is amazing and I wish we could have enjoyed it with better weather, but the convenience alone...

« I can’t say enough good stuff about this property. My wife and I (and our two kids) took my parents to Lexington for the weekend so they could experience horse country and this house was a perfect authentic stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The scenery was excellent with beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking multiple pastures with horses.
