« So great! Very clean inside. The owner was very responsive! »

« Please note, there were very few clothes hangers (wire). The front two rooms (kitchen& living area) were just as expected. Nice back yard. Pot filler didn’t work, which we were advised after checking in.The rest of the house was not remodeled but fresh paint helped. Main bathroom (shower curtain lining was atrocious. Bed sheets in one of the bedrooms were napped (worn) terribly. Didn’t trust sleeping on them. Also no first aid kit onsite.Tolerable for a couple days but not longer for...

« We enjoyed our stay at this comfy house! The theater was a fun addition to the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with must-have appliances. The only thing we didn’t love was1. the dining room table was pretty wobbly. (Not the best set up for families). 2. no deadbolt on the back door. Otherwise, we loved every part of our stay! »

« We very much enjoyed in our time in Eric’s home. He was a gracious host and attended to all messages with promptness. All areas of the house were exceptionally clean, the house felt like home. We visit Omaha often and have found a new go to home for our short term rentals. »

« The home was spacious which was exactly what we needed for our three families. The kids had a blast at the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Great stay, wonderful hosts, and a beautiful yard to explore. »

« It is what you expect for the price. The owners are very good to get on the phone and they take actions very fast if needed. The house is old and used, it needs a renovation. The water pipes make funny noises at night, we had ants in the kitchen. The door lock, with two different electronic locks, is a not a good solution. It is clean. In total 3/5 stars, not terrible but also not good. »

« The hosts are great. They responded quickly. Check in and out were easy. The house smelled musty. When the air conditioning was on it was much better but still we could tell. The small bedroom window was not functional. It should be able to be opened for safety purposes at least. It was not pool season so the whole area was not open. The hosts came over and opened it up so that it was available to sit outside in the sun which was nice of them. »

« Our family stayed at this property for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom - a bonus with 5 girls staying at the house. The prompt and courteous communication from the host was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Our extended family Stayed May 13 - May 17th 2026 for Creightons Graduation.
