« We have become regulars year after year. Cottage is great! Firepit is terrific, super sandy beach, Kayaks and table tennis, games, hammock plus a comfy couch and big TV for movie nights. « We had a great time. Cabin was right on the lake with a nice small "Beach" area set up and maintained to enjoy. Especially liked the small stream running though the property, and the Sasquatch trail for extra features. It was very hot (in the 90s) while we were there and the window AC unit mostly did the job with just a couple of too warm spots inside. The water is on a shallow well which is typical in the area for cabin but it did have a strong swampy smell so bring your own drinking water...

« Cottage was up to date, cozy, and clean. It is on the south side of Houghton lake so it can get very windy and wavy but when calmer its beautiful swimming. Beautiful sunsets!! Overall perfect cottage for couple or small family of 3. »
