« If you are looking for a clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing get-away your search should end here. We had a wonderful experience visiting, laughing and of coarse eating. Wildlife surrounded us and yet kept a distance so we could view and not disturb them. Sleeping accommodations were better than expected. Dave was very helpful and responsive. We are looking for reasons to return to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan so we can stay here again. »

« A beautiful spot to escape to. We had 8 people stay here for a weekend. The hosts offer plenty of advice for things to do, especially in the warmer months. It is also so quiet and peaceful here. I would highly recommend this lovely property for your stay. »

« Nice place for group of snowmobilers. Easy access, comfortable beds, clean and has everything needed for cooking. One bathroom is a bit challenging but we made it work. »

« Rented the property to have a large family get together. After booking I emailed asking how many table and chairs were in the large room. Was advised 5 round tables and 6 chairs for each. That isn’t what we found. After arriving and digging out the front door which is about 10 feet from the plowed parking lot and covered in over a foot of snow with no shovel in site. « We had a really great time here - great location, beautiful scenery, and plenty of space for a group of friends and kids to stay. The house was really worn, though - cushions were dirty and ripped, sheets had stains, etc. - it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned that thoroughly. It is a great home but needs to be much better maintained. »

« The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The bedding was good. The pans in the kitchen were unusable as the teflon coating was badly disintegrating. I had planned on making breakfast before we left. »
