« We checked in. Walking into the room there is a strong odor. There is no soap, towels, toilet paper and I look at the beds… they are rumpled and there are pillow cases missing. There’s also pee in the toilet.I passed a woman on the way to the desk and she gave me a number for “Ila” to text who is the manager. I texted-no answer. I walked to the desk and wait for about 5-10 minutes and then go into the restaurant where I learned Ila is who checked me in. I explain what happened and asked for her...

« The riverside cabin was lovely. King sized bed, with en-suite jacuzzi tub. Great porch for relaxing and watching the water go by. On-site restaurant Friday-Sunday, with good food and outdoor seating on the river.The only issue we really had was surrounding the check-in process. The listing does not specify that VRBO is holding funds for the transaction, but you actually have to pay the resort directly upon arrival, which caused a bit of friction upon check-in. »

« It was perfect for what we needed. Only things i would work on is making sure the wifi is working and possibly adding a water softner, the water has a bad smell. »
