« This property is bigger than youd think. If you rent the whole house its essentially two houses in one. The kitchen was well appibted. Its extremely open and the basemnet and porch are super fun. Its a but of a steep hill to the dock, but still only a short walk. »

« This is a beautiful place on Lake Hartwell...very clean. Owners communicated very well. Close to I85 but not too close. We stayed here for a long weekend and a UGA football game. Access to Athens was extremely easy coming from the North. Family flew in and out of Greenville SC which is only an hour away. Nice to avoid Atlanta traffic. Lavonia and Hartwell not too far away with grocery stores, restaurants, etc. »

« The house was perfect for our 19-member family ranging in ages from 3 to 69. We prepared home cooked meals each day in the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining space for all of us. Our three nights and days were filled with making memories together in the perfect place. We felt welcomed the moment we opened the door and found a decorated Christmas tree and the large tv’s displaying holiday screens and playing quiet music. « Tom is an excellent communicator! He answered almost every question within minutes. The area is beautiful! The property is right on the lake with a large dock access and the house includes some kayaks, a fire pit area, and a hot tub. This was great for our family! We came in the colder time of year and it was great to unplug an look out at the view while playing cards as a big group. The house has ample space! It is larger in person than in the pictures and the view is really nice. Super quiet...

« We had the best time, the house and all accommodations were beyond our expectations! The owners provide more than any other property we have stayed at through VRBO, we basically only need to bring our self’s, food and clothing. It was perfectly located close Harbor Light Marina where we launched our boat. The dock was covered which was an added bonus as we did have a heavy rain storm and it kept us and the boat from getting drenched. EXCELLENT place to stay, we will be returning. »
