« The property was as listed. Everything was very clean and orderly. The host communicated everything that you needed to know and seemed to genuinely care. Super easy access to Broyles landing on the lake. Very cool accommodations. Would certainly recommend. »

« The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay. « What a lovely little place! We chose it for the out-of-the-way location and the fact that it had three adult-size beds. We had a great time walking the property & chatting with the goats. The front porch was a lovely place for evening chats, and the sheets were clean and soft. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Oconee Hospitality! »
